Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar roles across all warehouse and functional teams.
Source and engage candidates through job portals like Naukri.com, Apna.com, LinkedIn, and relevant social media platforms.
Collaborate with contractors and recruitment agencies for bulk hiring and specialized roles.
Coordinate with warehouse managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements and define job descriptions.
Conduct screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
Maintain accurate candidate databases and hiring dashboards using tools like Zoho ATS or similar platforms.
HR Operations
Assist with monthly payroll activities, ensuring accurate attendance data, leaves, and statutory deductions.
Handle employee grievance redressal professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor and manage attendance systems (ESSL) and coordinate with site leads to ensure accuracy.
Support HR audits at various sites and ensure documentation and compliance are up to date.
Maintain records and compliance in line with labor laws and statutory guidelines.
HRMS & Tools
Work on HRMS platforms such as Zoho People or similar, managing employee lifecycle data and reports.
Utilize MS Excel and other MS Office tools to prepare reports, trackers, and data analysis as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives across locations.
Travel to warehouse locations occasionally for recruitment drives, HR audits, and employee engagement activities (company-paid travel and stay).
BBA or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in core HR and recruitment, preferably in a supply chain or logistics setup.
Proficiency in blue-collar and white-collar hiring via job portals and agencies.
Prior experience in payroll support, grievance handling, HR audits, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with Zoho HRMS, ESSL attendance systems, and Excel.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR documentation.
Excellent communication, coordination, and people management skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits and recruitment support.
