Job Description

To support the organisation's growing workforce by managing recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations while ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance with company policies.

Recruitment And Talent Acquisition

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Post job openings on platforms like Indeed, Naukri, and LinkedIn.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further rounds.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.

Coordination And Communication

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates regarding application status.

Onboarding And Documentation

  • Manage the onboarding process and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data.

HR Operations And Employee Engagement

  • Support day-to-day HR operations.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities.
  • Help maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Compliance And HR Practices

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and processes.

Reporting And Tracking

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
  • Monitor hiring metrics and performance indicators.
