Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and hiring.
  • Post job openings on job portals, company website, and social media.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
  • Conduct reference checks and issue offer letters.

HR Operations:

  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS or database.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, recruitment techniques, and labor laws.
  • Familiarity with HR software and ATS tools (e.g., Zoho HR, BambooHR, Naukri RMS).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
