Job Description

We are seeking an HR Executive and Recruiter to manage a comprehensive range of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional capable of handling recruitment, employee relations, policy administration, and other key HR operations to foster a positive and productive workplace.

Role & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead the full hiring lifecycle—from job postings and candidate screening to interviews and onboarding—ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.

HR Policy & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that adhere to labor laws and industry standards. Conduct audits to ensure compliance.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee grievances, mediating conflicts and promoting a harmonious work environment.

Performance Management

  • Assist in designing and implementing appraisal systems, providing feedback, and supporting improvement plans.

Training & Development

  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning initiatives—workshops, seminars, and other programs that enhance employee skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

HR Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain employee records, oversee HR databases and reporting systems, and generate management insights.

HR Systems & Analytics

  • Leverage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or ATS tools to streamline HR operations and track metrics such as turnover and retention.

Offboarding & Exit Management

  • Coordinate exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and manage knowledge transfer processes.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive initiatives to boost morale and engagement—team events, wellness programs, and recognition schemes. Help nurture a positive and inclusive workplace ethos.

Skills Required

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Typically 1–3 years in HR operations, with a preference for experience in the manufacturing or textile sector.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS/ATS platforms; data-driven mindset for metrics and reporting.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with high discretion and empathy in handling sensitive matters.

Legal Knowledge:

  • Sound understanding of Indian labor laws, compliance norms, and best HR practices.

Organizational Acumen:

  • Strong planning, prioritization, and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
