We are actively seeking a dynamic HR Executive and Generalist to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is responsible for owning key HR functions including hiring, onboarding, culture, HR operations, Learning & Development (L&D), and internships. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in planning engaging team rituals, streamlining processes, and significantly boosting our employer brand. You'll help build a workplace that's organized, vibrant, and people-first. Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Own the hiring process from end-to-end, attracting top talent. Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging welcome for new hires.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Cultivate a thriving company culture by planning engaging and fun team rituals and initiatives that foster connection and morale.
- HR Operations & Process Streamlining: Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Work to streamline processes to enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
- Learning & Development (L&D): Support and contribute to L&D initiatives, helping employees grow their skills and careers within the organization.
- Internship Program Management: Manage and nurture the internship program, providing valuable experiences for emerging talent.
- Employer Branding: Actively contribute to boosting our employer brand, making the company an employer of choice.
- Workplace Environment: Help build a workplace that is consistently organized, vibrant, and people-first, prioritizing employee well-being and growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
