Here's your updated JD: Job Description (HR Recruiter + Operations – QSR Hiring) Job Title: HR Recruiter + Operations – QSR (Blue Collar Hiring) Location: Patancheru Work Mode: 1 Day Office | 5–6 Days Field (Market Hiring) Joining: Immediate About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional who can handle both recruitment and basic operations for QSR outlets. The role involves mass hiring of blue-collar workforce along with supporting day-to-day operational coordination. Key Responsibilities Recruitment (Major Focus)

  • Handle mass hiring for QSR roles (Delivery Executives, Kitchen Staff, Helpers, etc.)

  • Conduct field recruitment drives (job fairs, walk-ins, local sourcing)

  • Source candidates through market visits, consultancies, and local networks

  • Screen and shortlist candidates for quick deployment

  • Ensure fast closures and onboarding Operations (Additional Responsibility)

  • Coordinate with store/cluster managers for manpower planning

  • Ensure joining, attendance, and shift alignment

  • Handle basic employee queries and issue resolution

  • Support documentation and onboarding process

  • Monitor attrition and replacement hiring

  • Maintain coordination between HR and operations team Requirements

  • Mandatory QSR hiring experience

  • Experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring

  • Basic understanding of QSR operations

  • Fluency in Hindi & English (mandatory)

  • Willingness to work in field (market hiring)

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Work Structure

  • 1 Day – Office (Reporting & Planning)

  • Remaining Days – Field / Market + Operational Coordination Compensation



Requirements

  • Proven experience in mass hiring and field recruitment
  • Basic knowledge of QSR operations and manpower handling
  • Fluency in Hindi & English (mandatory)
  • Willingness to work in field (market hiring) most of the week
  • Strong communication, convincing, and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
  • Immediate joiners preferred
