Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to join the HR and Employee Experience team. This person will lead a team of 15 consultants and scale the team aggressively in terms of headcount and sales.
The candidate should have a sales and leadership mindset the firm seeks a strong leader who can articulate a vision, and also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (bookings, contribution margin, revenue, market recognition).
The role demands a high level of autonomy the ideal candidate should be able to work independently to build sales offers, take offers to markets and clients, solution for questions related to below, and run deal cycles independently. Drive is needed to help build the HR Process & Experience Consulting business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Bring expertise in selling HR consulting services to Indian and global clients through capability showcase, client reachouts, developing and maintaining a sales pipeline.
Manage operations for a team of HR consultants operating in a GDC environment. Success metrics include: utilization management, new sales, account renewals, headcount growth.
They will have 13+ years of experience in HR Consulting, HR transformation & Effectiveness, Employee Experience, Digital HR, Human Capital Strategy Design with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales.
Preferred Qualification is MBA/Master's from Leading University (India / Abroad) in field of Human Resources Management/ Strategy Management.
