Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help manage employee relations issues.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees on various HR-related topics.
- Filing of statutory returns like PF, ESI, PT etc, for monthly and yearly.
- Monitoring day to activities of employees.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or related functions.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws in India.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
