We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and help manage employee relations issues.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases for compliance and reporting purposes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees on various HR-related topics.
  • Filing of statutory returns like PF, ESI, PT etc, for monthly and yearly.
  • Monitoring day to activities of employees.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources or related functions.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws in India.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
