Job Description

Key Duties

  • Act as a key leader in India, guiding HR matters to drive a high-performance culture.
  • Serve as an active member of the Regional Leadership Team, shaping people strategy.
  • Align people strategies with business objectives through close collaboration with partners, leaders, and managers.
  • Oversee employee benefits, lifecycle processes, and risk management.
  • Own HR data, metrics, and analysis to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Lead strategic recruitment and succession planning to retain high-calibre talent.
  • Implement global HR frameworks in talent management, L&D, global mobility, engagement, retention, and reward.
  • Guide departmental structure and reporting relationships to meet business goals.
  • Provide coaching to senior leaders and line managers on performance management.
  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into all HR practices.
  • Ensure HR teams deliver accurate advice on employee relations, legislation, and best practices.
  • Lead the development and implementation of policies and procedures aligned with strategy and compliance.
  • Support and guide complex change and restructuring projects.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or related field.
  • 1215 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HRBP or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of regional employment legislation.
  • Proven track record in HR strategy and business partnering with senior leadership.
  • Experience coaching leaders in India and the Middle East.
  • Skilled in managing complex change/restructuring across multi-site operations.
  • Strong influencing, relationship-building, and resilience skills.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and professional, with a tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Commitment to embedding inclusion and diversity best practices.
  • Experience in the engineering or professional services sector.
  • Prior experience in an international organisation.
  • Willingness to travel across India and globally.
