Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Digital Transformation Manager to lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central (EC), Learning, Performance & Goals (PMGM), Succession Planning, Workflows, and Analytics. The ideal candidate should also be capable of managing non-SAP HR applications, ensuring seamless integration, system optimization, and stakeholder alignment. This role demands a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, system architecture, and a proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) system.
- Handle vendor coordination and service delivery for HR digital tools.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements.
- Ensure smooth integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems.
- Oversee release management and system updates to keep platforms current.
- Manage instance refreshes and coordinate with IT and vendors as needed.
- Provide production support and address service requests from the HR team.
- Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and compliance with internal policies.
- Project Management - Technical Evaluation, Project Tracking, UAT, System Support, Project Value Realization.
- Driving HR transformation projects leading to operational efficiencies and employee experience.
Key Requirements
- Certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist OR At least 4-5 years of implementation experience and expertise in SAP SF Platform and Employee Central (EC) module.
- Hands-on experience with Metadata Framework (MDF) object creation.
- Proficiency in Canvas and Stories report creation within SuccessFactors.
- Exposure to Global Benefits configuration and management.
- Strong understanding of workflow design and customization.
- Ability to handle complex business rules and logic within Employee Central.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for system connectivity.
- Understanding of payroll processes and their integration with EC.
- Experience in process automation and continuous process improvement.
- Capability to conduct system audits and ensure compliance.
- Understanding of Talent Intelligence Hub and Opportunity Marketplace and other such newer features in SuccessFactors.
- Ability to manage end-to-end implementation processes, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support for both SAP and non-SAP HR applications (cloud-based platforms, enterprise applications etc).
Desired Qualifications
- Full-time Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- B. Tech - Information Technology, Computer Science
- Bachelor's of Computer Science/ Computer Applications
