Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Manage employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Support employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Work closely with management to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with HR software, HRIS, and MS Office.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
A proactive mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience in digital marketing, IT services, or a fast-paced environment will be an added advantage.
