Job Description

The Senior Associate, HR Delivery, is part of the GHR CoE Services team and plays a key role in delivering highquality HR operations across various APAC countries. The role focuses on benefits administration, statutory compliance, and India GHR Admin activities while ensuring a consistent, serviceoriented employee experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend delivery of APAC Benefits Operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistent adherence to quality standards.

• Own the responsibility for assigned HR operational processes-managing tracking, prioritization, and closure within agreed timelines.

• Ensure all statutory compliance activities are completed accurately and in line with regulatory due dates proactively plan to mitigate compliance risks.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and validate data required for submissions, ensuring completeness while minimizing rework.

• Manage Tier3 queries for India and APAC with a focus on accuracy, customer experience, and SLA compliance.

• Uphold operational discipline across BAU activities by consistently meeting SLAs and KPIs for APAC markets.

• Maintain high levels of data integrity, confidentiality, and policy compliance in all HR processes.

• Provide clear, professional responses to queries received through group mailboxes and ensure appropriate routing and closure.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in human resource, Business administration, or related discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in APAC benefits operations, India statutory compliance and HR service delivery.

Skills & other requirements:

• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.

• Proficient in using Copilot and AI tools to enhance drafting, standardization, and process efficiency.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholdermanagement capabilities.

• Analytical mindset with demonstrated problemsolving ability.

• High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, dependability, and integrity.
