Job Description
The Senior Associate, HR Delivery, is part of the GHR CoE Services team and plays a key role in delivering highquality HR operations across various APAC countries. The role focuses on benefits administration, statutory compliance, and India GHR Admin activities while ensuring a consistent, serviceoriented employee experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead endtoend delivery of APAC Benefits Operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistent adherence to quality standards.
Own the responsibility for assigned HR operational processes-managing tracking, prioritization, and closure within agreed timelines.
Ensure all statutory compliance activities are completed accurately and in line with regulatory due dates proactively plan to mitigate compliance risks.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and validate data required for submissions, ensuring completeness while minimizing rework.
Manage Tier3 queries for India and APAC with a focus on accuracy, customer experience, and SLA compliance.
Uphold operational discipline across BAU activities by consistently meeting SLAs and KPIs for APAC markets.
Maintain high levels of data integrity, confidentiality, and policy compliance in all HR processes.
Provide clear, professional responses to queries received through group mailboxes and ensure appropriate routing and closure.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resource, Business administration, or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in APAC benefits operations, India statutory compliance and HR service delivery.
Skills & other requirements:
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.
Proficient in using Copilot and AI tools to enhance drafting, standardization, and process efficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholdermanagement capabilities.
Analytical mindset with demonstrated problemsolving ability.
High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, dependability, and integrity.
