HR Data Analyst

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Advanced Formulas)
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems preferred (Darwinbox)
• SQL knowledge for HR data extraction (Preferred)
• Experience with Power BI/Tableau for HR analytics (Preferred)
• Knowledge of payroll, attendance, and workforce planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in HR MIS, HR Analytics, or HR Operations
• Experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms
• Familiarity with automation tools
