Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Cum Technical Trainer, located in Salem, Tamil Nadu. The role involves designing and delivering effective training programs to meet organizational needs, conducting coaching sessions for employees, and supporting various HR functions. Responsibilities also include managing employee development initiatives and fostering clear and effective communication within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience in Training & Development and delivering engaging training sessions
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes and employee management
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide Coaching and on-the-job Training
- Excellent organizational and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
