HR cum BDE - IT Staff Augmentation

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Coimbatore, for an HR cum Business Development Executive (BDE) - IT Staff Augmentation. Responsibilities include managing HR functions such as recruitment, HR policies, and employee benefits, along with identifying and cultivating business opportunities. Daily tasks include coordinating with teams, building client relationships, and ensuring smooth alignment of HR processes with business goals. The candidate will also contribute to driving business growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships.

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR), including recruitment and talent management
• Experience with HR Policies, Employee Benefits, and Personnel Management
• Expertise in HR Management processes to support organizational effectiveness
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in IT staff augmentation or similar domain is an added advantage
