Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR cum Admin Coordinator to support our office operations in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in administration, facility management, and front desk operations, with the ability to coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including office maintenance, inventory and supplies, vendor management, vendor selection, billing, travel coordination, and facility upkeep.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, serving as the first point of contact and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support employee onboarding, including documentation, ID card issuance, seating arrangements, and system access.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, such as celebrations, birthday events, and office functions.
  • Assist in scheduling internal meetings, maintaining office records, and supporting travel and logistical arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal office protocols and maintain overall office discipline, hygiene, and order.
  • Keep administrative records, reports, and trackers updated and well-organized.
  • Act as a coordination point for multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and task follow-through.

Candidate Requirements

  • 35 years of relevant experience in administration, facility management, and front office operations.
  • Prior experience as a Front Desk Executive is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and standard reporting tools.
  • A team player with a positive attitude, problem-solving approach, and ability to work independently.
  • Should be proficient in Hindi and open for someone who is willing to relocate to Chennai
