Job Description

Position: HR & Corporate Coordination Executive Location: Hyderabad – On-site Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Shift Timings: 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm

6 Days Work from Office

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month, based on English communication, experience, personality, and corporate office exposure

Krimatix is looking for a smart, confident, and highly professional HR & Corporate Coordination Executive for our Hyderabad office.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent English communication, polished corporate etiquette, a professional personality, and prior experience working in a reputed corporate, IT, SaaS, startup, MNC, recruitment firm, or professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

✓ Manage recruitment, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups

✓ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other professional channels

✓ Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate communication

✓ Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave records, and HR reports

✓ Support employee engagement activities and internal office communication

✓ Assist management with daily office coordination and follow-ups

✓ Handle visitors, vendors, meetings, and workplace logistics professionally

✓ Support office administration, basic HR operations, employee queries, and workplace coordination

✓ Maintain a disciplined, professional, and positive office environment

✓ Represent the company confidently in employee, candidate, visitor, and vendor interactions

Required Skills

✓ Excellent spoken and written English

✓ Confident, professional, and well-groomed personality

✓ Strong corporate communication and interpersonal skills

✓ 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, admin, or office coordination

✓ Experience in IT, SaaS, startup, MNC, recruitment firm, or corporate office preferred

✓ Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email communication, and HR documentation

✓ Strong follow-up skills, ownership mindset, and multitasking ability

✓ Ability to handle confidential information professionally

✓ Must be willing to work full-time from the Hyderabad office

Preferred Candidate Profile

✓ Polished communication and professional office etiquette

✓ Comfortable coordinating with management, employees, candidates, visitors, and vendors

✓ Professional dressing sense and positive attitude

✓ Ability to handle tasks independently without constant supervision

✓ Experience from a reputed office environment will be preferred
