Role Description The HR Coordinator – Varanasi is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations at the local office. This position will assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, coordinating documentation, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and procedures. The HR Coordinator will support employee relations activities by addressing routine queries, helping resolve concerns, and escalating issues when needed. The role will also involve supporting benefits administration, attendance and leave tracking, and coordinating HR communications and engagement initiatives. Collaboration with HR colleagues in other locations and cross-functional teams will be required to ensure a consistent and effective HR experience for all team members in Varanasi.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support day-to-day HR operations.
- Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies, including handling routine employee queries and ensuring policy adherence.
- Familiarity with Benefits Administration, attendance, and leave management processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with HRIS or HR-related software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work collaboratively with diverse teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience as an HR coordinator, HR assistant, or similar HR support role is an advantage.
