Job Description
This position is responsible for managing and responding to state agency inquiries pertaining to U.S. unemployment claims through coordinated efforts with internal business management and an assigned third-party vendor. The incumbent is required to review the vendor application multiple times daily to identify and respond to new Requests for Information (RFIs), determinations, and hearing notifications. This role involves daily collaboration with internal business management to obtain accurate and complete information needed to fulfill agency requests, and requires the incumbent to utilize internal systems including Workday and myHR to gather and verify all relevant documentation, as the vendor application requires the submission of firsthand details regarding employee separations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates with UPS management through email, chat and call to obtain relevant information regarding employee's termination
- Provides first-hand knowledge about employee's termination to Equifax
- Ensures information is uploaded in the Equifax application timely
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Human Resource, or Communication- Preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and decision-making skills
