About the Role
We are looking for an HR Consultant (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on human resources, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR operations.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to recruitment strategies, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, compensation structures, organizational design, and workforce analytics, helping improve how AI models understand and optimize real-world HR processes.
Your expertise will contribute to improving AI systems used for talent intelligence, HR automation, workforce planning, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated HR and workforce management outputs
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
- Assess AI outputs for HR best practices, compliance awareness, organizational relevance, and workforce impact
- Identify policy gaps, hiring inefficiencies, employee engagement issues, performance management concerns, or organizational risks in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
- Support workflows involving talent acquisition, employee development, HR operations, workforce planning, compensation, and organizational effectiveness
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on human resources and workforce intelligence
Requirements
- Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management, or related fields
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, and workforce planning
- Experience in HR consulting, HR business partnering, talent management, organizational development, or related functions is preferred
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar HR technologies is a plus
- Knowledge of employment practices, HR compliance, and workforce analytics is advantageous
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
