Job Descriptions
. Assist with customers on MDWs (Migrant Domestic Workers) hiring inquiries and handle after-sales issues, including service recovery as needed.
. Facilitate the selection & interview of MDWs.
. Perform administrative and training duties in connection with the placement of MDWs.
. Ensure that all the necessary documents are processed with the MOM.
. To perform other job related and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
. Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is required.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Previous experience in a customer-facing role or in the service industry is a plus.
. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is necessary to effectively communicate with customers who speak these languages.
. Able to work on weekends and public holidays, with days off according to the duty roster.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2800.00 - $3500.00 per month
Schedule:
. Day shift
. Monday to Friday
. Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
. Commission pay
