We are looking for an HR Compliance Specialist with hands-on experience in ESI, EPF, Labour Laws, and Statutory Compliance to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to statutory compliance, employee benefits administration, and coordination with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end statutory compliance related to ESI, EPF, LWF, Employee Compensation, and Group Personal Accident (GPA) Insurance.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, contribution deposits, and compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Validate ESI and PF wage calculations in coordination with the payroll team.
- Handle employee statutory benefits, including ESI claims (sickness, maternity, disablement, dependent benefits), PF-related processes, and other compliance-related activities.
- Liaise with ESIC offices, EPFO authorities, hospitals, and insurance partners for smooth claim processing and issue resolution.
- Maintain compliance records, statutory documentation, and audit-ready reports.
- Track changes in labour laws and support implementation of statutory updates.
- Act as the point of contact for employee queries related to statutory benefits and compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Labour Laws, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of ESI, EPF, LWF, Employee Compensation, and labour law compliance.
- Experience handling ESIC/EPFO inspections, audits, and statutory filings is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
