Role Overview

Role Name: HR Compliance Specialist

Reporting to: Lead – C&B and HR Systems Excellence

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments across departments.
  • Develop, review, and update company policies and compliance frameworks.
  • Track changes in regulatory requirements and action accordingly
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance adherence.
  • Maintain documentation and records required for statutory compliance and audits.
  • Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Conduct compliance training and awareness programs for Stakeholders
  • Prepare compliance reports and dashboards.
  • The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards. The role involves monitoring regulatory changes, conducting compliance audits and supporting policy implementation.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, internal audit, legal, or governance roles.
  • Experience handling statutory and regulatory compliance.
