Senior Executive - HR COE
We seek an analytical, relationship-focused Rewards Partner to drive our Total Rewards strategy. This role ensures market competitiveness, attracts talent, requires strong negotiation skills, data acumen, and the ability to leverage both AI and traditional spreadsheet analysis for data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards Strategy & Execution
• Serve as the Total Rewards SME (compensation, benefits, career architecture).
• Conduct regular, detailed market benchmarking, using strong networking skills and various data sources to ensure our reward programs are competitive
• Analyze complex compensation data (using AI tools and advanced spreadsheets) to model scenarios, identify trends, and provide actionable leadership recommendations.
• Manage annual & ad-hoc compensation cycles (merit increase & bonus payout).
• Collaborate with business teams to prepare career architecture (role & skill) framework
• Ensure data integrity, policy compliance, and support payroll/governance related to compensation.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Build strong, trusting relationships with senior leaders and business stakeholders.
• Negotiate and manage external vendor relationships (compensation/benefits).
• Communicate Total Rewards strategy and data insights clearly to diverse audiences.
• Partner with Business Leaders to design the career architecture.
• Partner with Finance and HR to align programs with budgets and policies.
• Collaborate with support teams to handle employee inquiries and optimize processes.
Benefits Administration & Design
• Provide support in the design and administration of employee benefit programs (health & wellness).
• Recommend program enhancements for improved employee value and cost efficiency.
• Maintain employee records within HR MIS systems.
Qualifications
Experience
• 3-5 years in Total Rewards, Compensation, or a related field.
• Experience in IT Professional Services, Consulting, Product, or GCC firms.
• Experience in design/administration of benefits program/ career architecture is advantageous.
Education & Background
• A background in Human Resources (HR) is most suitable.
Skills & Attributes
• Data Acumen: Excellent attention to detail and ability to meticulously analyze large datasets.
• Analytical Tool Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing AI tools and advanced spreadsheets (including Excel macros) for modeling and analysis. Familiarity with HR MIS and BI solutions is a plus.
• Negotiation & Influence: Strong negotiation, trust-building, and influence skills via data-backed rationale.
• Networking: Proven ability to build a professional network quickly for market intelligence.
• Continuous Learning: Openness to cultivating expertise in compensation, benefits and career architecture.
