HR Colleague Experience Partner

Join as a HR Colleague Experience Partner , where you will play a key role in supporting end‑to‑end onboarding and employee movement processes. This requires strong operational expertise, a compliance mindset, and a continuous improvement approach using latest technology to deliver a high‑quality colleague experience across regions.

Success in this role requires the ability to effectively manage complex onboarding and hiring activities while maintaining compliance and operational excellence, including:

• Relevant years of hands-on experience across the full hiring lifecycle, including contracts, screening, and onboarding.
• Strong understanding of Legal Right to Work requirements.
• Commitment to driving continuous operational improvements and process efficiencies with support of latest technology.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Hand's on experience in using latest technologies like Co-pilot and other AI tools. The incumbent should be able to demonstrate with examples on how they have used these tools in creating efficiency/colleague experience.

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow.
