About the Role
We're looking for an energetic and curious HR professional to join ourHR COEteam. This role supports key initiatives acrossculture building, skills framework, and development, contributing to a futureready workforce at Tredence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing culturebuilding and engagement activities across the organization.
- Collect, organize, and review people data to prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders.
- Leverage AIenabled tools and platforms to support project efficiency
- Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies to support COE projects.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth execution of HR COE programs and timelines.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, communication materials, and shared repositories.
What We're Looking For
- B. Tech + MBA qualification
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
- Comfort with leveraging AI tools for productivity and problemsolving,
- HR internships or exposure to OD (preferred, not mandatory).
