Manager – Performance & Talent Management
Location: Bengaluru, India
Function: OD & Talent Management

About the Role
We are looking for a Performance & Talent Management Manager who will drive the
execution of our enterprise performance, promotion, and talent review processes.
This role sits at the intersection of talent strategy, governance, and leadership decisionmaking, ensuring that performance evaluation, promotions, and talent decisions are data
driven, fair, and aligned to business outcomes.
You will work closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and leadership teams to ensure our
performance and talent processes are run with high rigor, clarity, and impact.

What You Will Do
Performance Management
• Drive end-to-end performance cycles including goal setting, check ins, calibration,
and final evaluation
• Ensure goals and KPIs are aligned to business outcomes and role expectations
• Improve rating rigor and quality of performance conversations
• Track performance insights and share dashboards with leadership
Promotion Governance
• Manage promotion eligibility frameworks and readiness criteria
• Run promotion panels and ensure decisions are evidence based
• Maintain transparency, documentation, and governance across the promotion process
• Analyze promotion trends and identify fairness or bias signals
Enterprise Talent Review
• Lead talent review cycles across business units
• Support leaders in identifying high potential talent, succession pipelines, and development priorities
• Track leadership pipeline health and successor coverage
• Prepare leadership ready talent insights
Leader Enablement
• Create simple toolkits for managers on goal setting, feedback, and differentiation
• Support HRBPs and leaders in driving high-quality talent discussions
What We Are Looking For
• 6–8 years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
• Experience running calibration, promotion, and talent review cycles in large or fast-growing organizations
• Strong stakeholder management with business leaders
• Ability to combine process rigor with practical execution
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with dashboards and talent data
