Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and quality of hire.
• Manage client interactions, resolve HR-related issues, and provide timely updates.
• Build trust across internal and external stakeholders through consistent communication.
• Coordinate logistics for office visits: transport, catering, AV setup, visitor access, and safety protocols.
• Develop and manage agendas, confirm attendees, and ensure a professional on-site experience.
• Partner with Admin, Finance, and Business teams to support HR programs such as onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
• Evaluate and implement AI-enabled HR tools like smart sourcing, chatbots, and analytics dashboards to enhance decision-making and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or stakeholder management
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication skills with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration
• Interest in exploring AI technologies to optimize HR functions and improve user experience
