Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Campus Recruitment role based in Chennai. The HR Campus Recruiter will plan and execute end-to-end campus hiring activities, including coordinating with colleges, organizing pre-placement talks, managing assessment processes, and supporting interview and selection logistics. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with academic institutions, student bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of early-career talent. The individual will support employer branding initiatives on campus, track recruitment metrics, and prepare reports to improve hiring effectiveness. Additional responsibilities include onboarding coordination for campus hires, ensuring compliance with company HR policies, and contributing to continuous improvement of campus recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience or interest in campus recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with the ability to communicate these clearly to prospective and newly hired graduates.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including stakeholder management, relationship building with academic partners, and candidate engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills for campus events, and proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior internship or experience in recruitment is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple campus drives, travel to partner institutions as needed, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
