We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy HR Research & Strategy Associate with a strong knowledge of AI tools. The ideal candidate will work closely with managers, conducting in-depth research about the industry and AI tools for interviews and reports. This role involves HR recruitment for campus walk-in drives targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 candidates, as well as preparing presentations and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Analysis:
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends and AI tools.
• Analyze data to provide insights for HR strategies and reporting.
• HR Recruitment:
• Manage campus recruitment drives for Tier 1 and Tier 2 candidates.
• Coordinate with universities and colleges for engagement and recruitment activities.
• Presentation & Reporting:
• Prepare detailed presentations and reports based on research findings.
• Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Coordination & Planning:
• Plan and initiate campus engagement drives.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful execution of recruitment strategies.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research as required to support HR initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in HR and AI.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR research or strategy roles.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and their application in HR processes.
• Excellent research capabilities with a keen analytical mindset.
• Proficient in preparing presentations and reports with strong communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
