As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our India operations team to drive HR processes, support employees, and help maintain a compliant, engaging, and performance-driven workplace culture. This is an on-site role aligned with U. S. shift hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HR compliance.
- Facilitate onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee support and queries.
- Support employee grievance resolution and ensure fair practices.
- Assist in executing HR engagement and retention initiatives.
- Help communicate and implement HR policies.
- Collaborate on employee development and training plans.
- Coordinate and drive employee engagement activities.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports for leadership review.
Requirements
- MBA/Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- 0-1 year of relevant HR experience (Fresh graduates from B-Schools are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Understanding of basic HR practices and Indian labour laws.
