Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our India operations team to drive HR processes, support employees, and help maintain a compliant, engaging, and performance-driven workplace culture. This is an on-site role aligned with U. S. shift hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records, documentation, and HR compliance.
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction for new hires.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee support and queries.
  • Support employee grievance resolution and ensure fair practices.
  • Assist in executing HR engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Help communicate and implement HR policies.
  • Collaborate on employee development and training plans.
  • Coordinate and drive employee engagement activities.
  • Analyze HR data and prepare reports for leadership review.

Requirements

  • MBA/Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of relevant HR experience (Fresh graduates from B-Schools are welcome).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
  • Understanding of basic HR practices and Indian labour laws.
