Job Summary
This role partners closely with business leadership to shape and deliver HR operational excellence while driving consistent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle and corporate HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and retention
- Manage the full employee lifecycle by executing onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee documentation to ensure compliance and smooth transitions
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond promptly to HR-related enquiries to support employee satisfaction
- Investigate and resolve employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, and policy interpretation, to maintain a fair and compliant work environment
- Support and implement annual corporate HR processes such as performance calibration, engagement initiatives, talent management, learning programs, and compensation cycles to drive organizational effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency by reviewing HR processes and supporting Lean or process improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery
- Partner with managers to support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness aligned with business goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in employee relations and implementing HR programs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience participating in or leading HR process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems such as Oracle
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and resilient with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
