Role Description

The HR Business Partner will work closely with management and department heads to align HR strategy with business goals across the Education and IT services verticals. This role focuses on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and people process optimization, while ensuring HR policies and compliance are consistently followed.

The HRBP will act as a strategic advisor and execution partner, supporting leadership in talent decisions, team effectiveness, and organizational growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR / Management (MBA-HR preferred)

48 years of HR experience as HRBP or HR Manager

Experience partnering with business leaders on people strategy

Strong knowledge of HR operations, performance management & compliance

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
