- Connect business and local HR strategy

- Delivery of operative and administrative tasks
- Central Central Data coordination & Administration for Corporate Office
- Single point contact for Baner office employees on queries in driving various engagement, wellness etc initiatives
- Driving Grievance Redressal process to be taken care for the issues coming up at Corporate Office
Specific Job knowledge
- Experience working in Extensive HR Generalist Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge in coaching and consulting
- Deep understanding of local business / plants and local employee relation
- Knowledge of local & country laws and regulations
Your Qualifications
- MBA-HR from premium college
- 10+ years
