Job Purpose
The HR Business Partner will execute people strategies that enable the respective function to achieve its business strategies. The incumbent will assist and contribute to the implementation and review of strategies and policy while providing advice and guidance on the application and interpretation of those policies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic HR partner for the assigned business unit, translating organizational goals into actionable initiatives and acting as the primary liaison for all employee-related matters.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to drive manpower planning and fulfill hiring requirements in alignment with the business growth roadmap.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding and induction journey to reinforce organizational culture and ensure the effective integration of new hires into the team.
- Facilitate the execution of the Performance Management System (PMS) by partnering with line managers and Rewards teams to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Identify capability gaps through performance insights and stakeholder discussions to drive targeted learning interventions and a continuous learning culture.
- Analyze employee engagement trends to co-create data-driven action plans while acting as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees.
- Leverage people analytics and HR dashboards to influence workforce decisions and partner with Talent Management to identify successors for key roles.
- Ensure 100% compliance with labor laws and internal policies while working with HR Operations to optimize digital workflows and maintain audit-ready records.
