• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
• Manage onboarding, joining formalities and offer letters.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave and employee engagement.
• Support performance management and employee lifecycle activities.
• Handle exit formalities and HR MIS/reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations.
