Job Description
Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 4–7 Years
Qualification: MBA / MSW / PGDM – HR preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity & Labour Laws.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, grievance handling, and retention.
- Manage HRMS, HR MIS, dashboards, attendance, leave, and F&F processes.
- Support manpower planning, HR policies, and business partnering.
