- Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to overall IT Strategy.
- Measure and report leaver rate constantly and Design and implement employee retention strategy for IT.
- Monitors market salary levels (via market research, candidate interview experience, etc. and define appropriate bands to keep the leaver rate below x %Responsible for talent development, career succession planning.
- Provide HR consultation on IT Industry best practices, employee benefits and compensation policies.
- Manage the annual FTE and PE planning/rolling forecast according to business plan.
- Responsible for complying with company policies.
- Align with Group recruitment policy and standards to ensure best practices are applied for attracting and selecting candidates.
- Develop approaches to attract, screen and select high caliber workforce to meet future IT requirements.
- Responsible for sourcing active/passive candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews and shortlisting to hiring managers.
- Implement the annual performance appraisal and Salary Review cycle according to global timelines.
- Provide HR consultation to line managers in terms of termination, performance management, etc.
- Implement Employee communication according to the company policies and practices.
- Being a change agent to implement the action plan of the employee engagement survey to provide a supportive working environment suitable to achieving business goals and objectives.
- Roll out of relevant global and regional HR projects for IT in India.
- Feel, reflect and report employees.
Required education, experience, knowledge:
- University Degree in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management
- 10 to 12 years of works experience in HR field.
- Thereof several years work experience in IT companies.
- Knowledge of HRIS SAP Success Factors would be preferrable.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and local language as needed.
- Candidates having prior work experience in MNCs.
Required skills expertise:
- Good work experience in HR generalist role or HRBP role in IT Industry.
- Has a good sense for moods in the team and can moderate problem solving
- Has enough intercultural skills to interact and communicate within international environment
- Possess an analytical mind with strong business acumen.
- Perseverance, ability to take pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of PC-Work (MS-Office, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
- Team player with good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
