Job Description
HR Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.
- Coordinate and facilitate various HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the system.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and ensure new hires have a smooth onboarding experience

Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
Talent Management:
- Partner with department heads and managers to identify talent needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Identify learning and development needs and recommend training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
