Hiring: HR Business Partner Lead

Location: Nagpur | Salary: 1014 LPA

Reporting To: CEO & Founders

Role Overview:

The HR Head will lead Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Operations, Compliance, Culture, and SOP/SOW creation. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive HR strategy and workforce planning

Lead and mentor the HR team

Manage end-to-end hiring across functions

Run KRAs/OKRs, reviews, and L&D initiatives

Strengthen culture, onboarding, and engagement

Manage payroll, HRMS, compliance, and documentation

Build and maintain SOPs and SOWs

Requirements:

56 years HR experience; 2+ years in leadership roles

Experience managing 200+ employees

Strong in TA, operations, performance management & compliance

Prior startup/service industry experience preferred
