Job Description
GSource Technologies is seeking an experienced and dynamic
HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Pune. This role is crucial in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance work culture.
The HRBP will work closely with leadership and employees to enhance organizational effectiveness and ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HRBP or HR operations, preferably in the IT or BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS systems and HR analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Working Hours (Work From Office)
Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM 7:00 PM 1 Hour Break
Alternate Saturdays Off
