About the role:

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to drive human capital strategies that align with business objectives. You'll work closely with senior leadership to optimize organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, making a direct impact on the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to drive business decisions.
• Champion employee engagement, culture, and leadership development initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role.
• Expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
