Translate business strategies into building HR priorities
Create and execute change/transformation management plans
Lead & partner with BU Heads to drive HR projects & programs
Collaborate with HR CoEs & Global HR BPs to drive local HR strategies and execution
Create new policies to ensure enhanced Employee Experience/Engagement
Lead key interventions like talent review process, succession planning & leadership development
Spearhead & bring in consistent global practices for the the HRBP team on performance management, Talent review, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, policies, programs and new interventions
What Experience You Need
Should have a management degree from a reputed institute
Relevant experience of 8+ years
Ability to drive programs at organization level
Proficient in Project planning and execution
Should have led transformations with for deriving efficiencies and drive change management
Expertise in communicating with senior business & HR leaders
Lead by example and possess coaching ability
Eye for detail for finding continuous improvement opportunities
