Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Advise on employee lifecycle, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
• Coach managers on performance management, talent development, and change management.
• Handle employee relations while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Use HR metrics and insights to support business decisions.
• Support key HR processes including onboarding, performance reviews, and exits.

Requirements

3+ years of HRBP experience

Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills

Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Good understanding of employee relations and HR compliance

Strong communication, influencing, and analytical skills
