Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Business Analyst role based in Hyderabad. The HR Business Analyst will work closely with HR leadership and operational teams to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping HR processes, and recommending improvements in areas such as recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. The role will involve creating dashboards and reports, tracking HR metrics, and supporting HR technology implementations or enhancements, including HRIS and Human Capital Management platforms. The HR Business Analyst will also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and are implemented efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Human Capital Management, with an understanding of core HR processes and HRIS tools.
  • Proficiency in business analysis, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., HR analytics, business analysis) is an advantage.
  • Experience using HR analytics tools, spreadsheets, and reporting platforms; familiarity with data visualization tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
