Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR role based in Mumbai. The HR professional will oversee various tasks, including managing HR policies, facilitating employee benefits, handling personnel management, and providing support for day-to-day HR operations. Additionally, the role involves streamlining HR processes, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Strong expertise in HR Management and designing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and efficient management of welfare programs
- Experience in Personnel Management including onboarding, performance evaluation, and workforce planning
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Mumbai
- Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
