Job Overview

Workfreaks Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Associate Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment, support client requirements, and collaborate with a network of Virtual HRs and freelance recruiters.

This remote role requires ownership, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding. Build talent pipelines for niche, senior, and bulk roles. Collaborate with internal teams and Virtual HR networks to meet hiring goals. Act as a point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication. Support employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience across platforms. Track metrics, maintain reports, and ensure process compliance.

Requirements

Master's degree in HR or related field with Talent Acquisition experience. Strong communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven remote environment.
