Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and high-ownership Talent Acquisition Associate/Specialist to join the Blissclub People team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring across functions, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple roles simultaneously, and partnering closely with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

● Own end-to-end hiring for junior to mid-level roles across business, retail, and corporate teams at Blissclub

● Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and team fit

● Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social platforms

● Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate conversations, and drive interview coordination end-to-end

● Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

● Drive offer rollout, negotiation coordination, and onboarding support for new hires

● Maintain hiring trackers, recruitment dashboards, and weekly hiring updates

● Build strong talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs

● Work closely with teams in a fast-paced startup environment and help close roles within timelines

● Continuously improve hiring processes, coordination, and turnaround times

Qualifications:

● 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment

● Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn and other hiring platforms

● Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and ability to maintain hiring trackers and dashboards efficiently

● Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

● High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

● Strong attention to detail and ability to move quickly while maintaining candidate experience

● Comfortable working hands-on and collaborating across teams
