Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to join our dynamic team. The HR Associate will be responsible for independently managing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate with department managers to understand position requirements and close vacancies at the earliest.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a healthy workplace environment.
- Handle all HR administrative tasks such as documentation, compliance tracking, and policy updates.
- Address employee queries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures independently.
- Plan and execute training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
- Oversee performance management processes and organize employee evaluations.
- Ensure smooth and effective HR operations without the need for constant assistance or supervision.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in HR or related roles (freshers with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
