Work Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM EST (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)

Location: Remote (Have to be based in Hyderabad for occasional office meetings)

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple roles within the organization.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

• Draft clear and engaging job descriptions aligned with team needs.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing strategies.

• Manage candidate communication and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver timely updates on recruitment progress.

• Represent the SmallJoys brand with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm in every candidate interaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably with exposure to international hiring or US-based roles.

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
